These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of:
By accessing or using any part of the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
You must provide accurate contact details and keep passwords confidential. Multi-factor authentication is mandatory for admin accounts. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
SG Analytics and its licensors own all rights, title and interest in the Services and SG Data. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence during the subscription term. Customer Data remains your property; you grant us a licence solely to provide the Services.
Free trials last 14 days and require no card. Paid subscriptions may be cancelled within 7 days of first invoice for a full refund. After that period all fees are non-refundable except as mandated by Singapore law.
Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) available at /dpa. We are a data processor of Customer Data and a controller of SG Data.
We maintain ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II controls, including TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, MFA, and quarterly penetration tests. Our uptime SLA is 99.9 % measured monthly. If we fall below 99.5 % you may request a service credit equal to 5 % of monthly fees for each additional 30 minutes of downtime.
Each party will keep confidential information in strict confidence and use it only to perform these Terms. The obligation survives five years after termination.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach sections 4, 5 or 12. Otherwise either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination we will export your Customer Data in CSV/JSON within 30 days and then delete it.
You agree to defend and indemnify us against any third-party claim arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of export-control or sanctions laws.
You may not use or transfer the Services in violation of EU, US, UK or Singapore sanctions. Vessel data must not be used to facilitate trade with embargoed ports or entities.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days will be submitted to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) under its expedited procedure. The seat is Singapore; the language is English.
We may update the Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by e-mail or in-app banner. Continued use after the new effective date constitutes acceptance.
