SaviGyan Analytics Pte. Ltd. (“SaviGyan”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our website and users of our analytics dashboards. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it and the choices you have.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide voluntarily
- Name, company, job title, e-mail address and phone number when you complete contact forms, demo requests or subscribe to our newsletter.
- Payment details (processed by PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers; we do not store full card numbers).
- Content of e-mails or support tickets you send us.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time stamps. We use Google Analytics with IP anonymisation enabled.
- Cookies: see section 7 below.
2.3 Information from third parties
- LinkedIn, Google or GitHub if you choose to authenticate via those services.
- Publicly available vessel or port data we ingest to enrich our predictive models (does not identify individuals).

4. How we use your information
- Operate and improve our logistics dashboards.
- Respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
- Send product updates, white-papers or event invitations (you can opt-out at any time).
- Detect and prevent fraud or security incidents.
- Fulfil legal obligations such as EU-ETS carbon reporting.

6. Who we share data with
- Service providers: AWS (Singapore region), Google Cloud, HubSpot, MailerLite, Zendesk—each bound by GDPR/Data Processing Addenda.
- Partners: authorised resellers or integration partners only when you request joint services.
- Authorities: when required by Singapore law or EU maritime regulations.
We never sell personal data to third parties.
7. Cookies & tracking
We use essential cookies (session ID, CSRF token) and optional analytics cookies. You can manage preferences via the banner or browser settings.

8. International transfers
Data is stored in AWS Singapore (ap-southeast-1). Where we transfer data outside Singapore or the EEA we rely on:
- European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, or
- UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
9. Your rights
- Access: receive a copy of your data.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure: request deletion (“right to be forgotten”).
- Restrict or object: to certain processing.
- Data portability: export in machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent: at any time (marketing emails include instant unsubscribe).

10. Security measures
- TLS 1.3 encryption in transit; AES-256 at rest.
- SOC 2 Type II audited data centres.
- Role-based access control + MFA for all staff.
- Quarterly penetration tests; vulnerabilities remediated within SLA.
11. Children’s privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
12. Changes to this policy
We will post any material changes on this page with a new effective date. Where required we will notify you by e-mail.
